The art of barbering is vast and competitive. Barbers are encouraged to focus on a specialty in the field of hair care services. Every barber at MBI is encouraged to become efficient while using the straight razor and its techniques. The focus and discipline whenever we handle a straight razor is so important to the safety and health of yourself and the public.
Creativity is the corner stone to redefining and designing innovative and detail hair services. Students are excited about expressing their artistry in the area of barbering with the use of the straight razor. Whether you create a hard part or a designing pattern, the use of the razor finish is imperative to the quality of a barbers skilled worked.

BRAIDING
The artistry of hair braiding has and always been an intricate part of the creative hair sculpture and designing. MBI teaches students to become proficient in cornrowing, in braiding, single braiding, rope braiding, and more. Come and be a part of a great experience.
FACIAL MASSAGE
We are learning how to cater to our clients by giving them the rest and relaxation that will enhance your clients return. A barbers ability to master this art will ensure a clientele that will be loyal and profitable. A facial massage is design to cleanse, rejuvenate, and relax the client skin as well as provide the client a delightful experience.
COLOR AND CHEMICAL SERVICES
At MBI we take great pride in developing our students to become well rounded barbers. Our program is designed to prepare each student to be able to execute every aspect of the field of barbering. Hair coloing techinques are as much a part of barbering today as i was in the past. Todays barber has the ability to capitalize on such a lucrative source of income, by perfecting haircoloring techniques.
We are looking forward to the advances of the barbering profession to realize that cosmetology originated from barbering. The Institute is equipped with real chemicals to give our students with real world expierences to better prepeare them. We have established a wonderful program to accommodate future students with every possible mean to be successful in the field of hair care service.
