Installment Payment
The installment payment allows the student to pay three payments, the student must sign a promissory note by clicking the "Installment plan Note" link on the "Pay My Tuition" Before payment will be received.

The first payment is approximately one third of the total amount of tuition plus a $25 student permit application non-refundable and $15 student name tag non-refundable. This is due on or before the date of attendance. Note: tools and books are to be paid for with 10 school days or 14 calendar days.

The second payment will be due on or before the student reaches their 500 hrs. or 17 wks.

The third payment will be due on or before the student reaches 1000 hrs. or 35wks.

For transfer student with previous hours, the calculation will be made according to the students remaining hours.
Note: hour that the student acquire outside of their contract agreement will be calculated 45 days prior to the student completing the program. Which must be paid in full before
Tuition Loan
Tuition loans may be taken for the amount of the tuition remaining balance of the tuition bill. The amount awarded is applied directly to the bill.
Note: depending on the type of loan and terms, the repayment can begin from 30 - 6 months after completion of the program.

Pay at the Administration Office at Montana Barber Institute Monday - Friday 9:00a.m.- 6 p.m.

Pay with Financial Aid
After successfully being awarded financial aid a student will be notified of their disbursement to come into the financial aid office to sign for payment for their tuition.
Outside Scholarships
The Majority of private donor scholarships are disbursed through the office of financial Aid. In most cases, scholarship donors will send checks directly to the institution for processing, but not always. Tuition will be adjusted after the office of financial aid processes the scholarship.
